Webn8 Terms of Service

By using the services of Webn8, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Webn8 offers website design, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, branding, and related consulting services. Services will be delivered based on the scope agreed upon in your proposal or service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, approvals, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication may impact project timelines and delivery.
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Projects may require upfront deposits or staged payments based on milestones.
4. No Refunds Policy
All payments made to Webn8 are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that Webn8 does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final product, change of mind, or cancellation after the project has started. This policy is in place due to the time, resources, and labor committed to each project.
5. Revisions and Edits
We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Cancellation for Web Hosting
Web hosting services may be canceled by providing a 30-day written notice. Clients must submit cancellation requests via email or in writing. Hosting will remain active and billable through the end of the 30-day period. Early termination does not qualify for a refund or credit.
6. Cancellation for Quarterly Marketing
Quarterly marketing plans require a 90-day written notice for cancellation. Clients must provide this notice in writing via email or other agreed communication. Services will continue and be billed through the 90-day notice period. No refunds or credits will be issued for early termination.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will own the final deliverables as outlined in the agreement. Webn8 retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination of Services
Webn8 reserves the right to terminate any project or ongoing service due to lack of communication, failure to make payments, or violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Webn8 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of business or data.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
