A: No. It is very hard to support another developer’s work. Our policy will not allow us to perform this request because we can’t stand behind the work 100%. In some cases we can provide an agreement that hols us harmless but we really don’t love to do that. We can however provide a website analysis to you that you can take to your prior agency and ask the right questions. Of course, there is always the option of just using us for your needs.
A: YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go. Now we do have some specific packages, including but not limited to, small businesses. Most of these packages are set up on a 2 year agreement(sort of a financing without the interest). In these case ownership is set to a scale. Contact Us if something like this would interest you.

A: We wouldn’t have it any other way. This step is where our communication will grow and our relationship with develop a strong foundation. During the build, we ask for direction, details, and comments. Maybe that blue just isn’t blue enough, or you have had a change of heart on an image or functionality. It is so much easier to change or correct during the process vs. at the end. This is a vital piece of the success of the project.
